No access to a fax or booking within 48 hours? No worries, contact us at 1-604-836-2321 for reservations and we will collect the signed forms on the day of departure.

Liability: There are some inherent risks in outdoor activity. To acknowledge this assumption of risk, all participants will be required to read and sign a Liability Release form prior to the trip.

Medical / Accident insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Travellers Cheques and good old fashioned cash!

Tours and Packages are Non-Refundable once payment has been made. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

It is essential to be prepared for any outdoor adventure and let loved ones know where you are and when you will be back. Adventure Smart© has prepared a wonderful pamphlet that will assist you in preparing for your adventure and completing a trip plan to leave at home.

Natural Trekking will also file a Trip Plan for each and every excursion.
