International Tours Walking trips!

Everyone welcome!

Yes it is that time of year again where you want to enjoy summer outdoor activities or prepare for your upcoming Walking or Hiking Adventure.  Some of us will be training for Breakaways upcoming Cotswolds & Croatia trips and Natural Trekking’s Camino de Santiago, Spain in September.  Whatever the reason, everyone is welcome!

Our Training will start with shorter hikes and build up to longer hikes, focusing more on endurance than speed. You will improve your stamina, increase your muscle tone & cardiovascular – all in Mother Nature’s gym!

Hikes will gradually increase in length and become slightly more challenging nearer the end of June. The objective is to be able to ultimately walk 3 or 4 hours at a time with minimal discomfort.

Thursdays 1:00pm – 4:00pm / 5:00pm

Note: No class on Aug 10/17
(we will be training for endurance so the pace will be slower)

(minimum 6 participants required to run the classes)

$125 + GST for 6 Classes
