Group Training for Mt. Kilimanjaro
- $235 per month
- Hikes & Snowshoes within the Metro Vancouver area
- Includes 8 hours/week
Each week consists of:
- 1 evening & 1 weekend day hiking or snowshoeing
- A Group Power, Centergy, Skipping or Nordic Walking class with Energy Group Fitness
In addition to the group training, we would highly recommend the following
Training Schedule.
On this schedule is a detailed sheet for each month. Start your program slowly and
gradually increase the intensity.
A great idea is to get a workout buddy!
