Group Training for Nepal or Mt. Kilimanjaro
- $120 per month (includes HST)
- Includes 4 hours/week. Each week consists of:
- 2 evenings of 2 hours hiking
- additional half or full day hikes will be added at an incremental charge
In addition to the group training, we would highly recommend the following
Training Schedule.
On this schedule is a detailed sheet for each month. Start your program slowly and
gradually increase the intensity.
