Nordic Walking

Keep your 'bikini body' toned for the balance of the summer and prepare for the snowshoe & ski season!

Nordic Walking is the latest craze in the exercise arena. And for good reason, with Nordic Walking you can burn 20 - 46% more calories than walking alone. Here are some of the benefits of Nordic Walking or Poling:

Group 'Introduction to Nordic Walking'

Group Training for Mt. Kilimanjaro

- $235 per month

- Hikes & Snowshoes within the Metro Vancouver area

- Includes 8 hours/week

Each week consists of:

- 1 evening & 1 weekend day hiking or snowshoeing

- A Group Power, Centergy, Skipping or Nordic Walking class with Energy Group Fitness

In addition to the group training, we would highly recommend the following Training Schedule.

On this schedule is a detailed sheet for each month. Start your program slowly and gradually increase the intensity.
