Training for Tour Participants of the 2025 Vietnam Walking & Sightseeing Tour
Join us as we train for our upcoming walking tour in Exotic Vietnam!
Yes it is that time again where you will want to prepare for our upcoming Walking tour of Vietnam. Get an early, early start and join us in 2024.
Our Training will begin with easy walks & hikes, focusing more on endurance than speed. You will improve your stamina, increase your muscle tone & cardio vascular – all in Mother Nature’s gym!
Hikes will gradually increase in length and become slightly more challenging incorporate the elevation we will experience on our tours. The objective is to be able to walk 3 or 4 hours at a time with minimal discomfort.
Training Classes
Starting March 2025 – get an early start & join us in 2024
Day of the week: Wednesdays from 10am – 12pm
(we will be training for endurance so the pace will be slower)
(minimum 6 participants required to run the classes)
